Spicy Cashew Pepper Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup soaked unsalted cashew nuts
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 chopped heirloom tomato
1 chopped yellow sweet pepper
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes ( optional)
1/4 tsp ground pepper melange
1/4 tsp Gray Celtic sea salt.
1 tlbs Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tlbs Braggs Amino Acids
1/2 cup water

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or ninja mixer. If your dip is not thick enough add more cashews or nutritional yeast flakes.
Serve with sliced heirloom tomatoes, sliced Radicchio, Sliced radishes with smoked salt. Pita chips or toasted French baguette.
